History & Awards

1977: Kamal Ibrahim Ahmed started as an independent merchant.
1983: Azza for Plastic Products & Packaging factory launches.
1997: Elmohandis Paints Factory launches.
1998: First product line released by Elmohandis Paints.
2003: Elmohandis Carton Factory launches.
2004: Elmohandis Paints awarded ISO 9001:2000
2005: Celledur German Paints acquired from Germany.
2006: Celledur German Paints launches in Sudan.
2008: Elmohandis Paints acquired high quality machinery & equipments
from C.P.S Color Netherlands.
2009: Elmohandis Paints awarded ISO 9001:2008
2009: Elmohandis Paints extension plant acquired, (24,000 square meters)
in Bahri Industrial Area.
2014: Ruba Sweets Factory launches.
2016: First product line released by Elmohandis Paints extension factory.
2017: Elmohandis Paints launches an industry first mobile app.
2017: Elmohandis Paints awarded ISO 9001:2015, another industry first.
2017: Elmohandis Color Lens is introduced, yet another industry first. Our retailers can now match the color of any sample.
2017: Elmohandis Calcium Carbonate Facility launches.
